Why can't I see my uploaded media?
Uploaded media will need approval from admins before they are posted.
Which font does Thuy Tien Music use?
We use Arial Unicode. Please make sure your web browser's view encoding is in Vietnamese-UTF8 or similar:
In Internet Explorer, left click on View the top navigation. While holding left button down, move the cursor to Encoding then to Unicode-UTF8 or More then Unicode-UTF8(if you don't see from the list)
I can't play the video/audio.
To play video/audio, you need Adobe Flash Player at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BUIGP. Internet is drastically changing, missing this player you will be missing alot of fun then why not downloading it. It will not take long.
If you have adobe flash player but you still can't play it, please contact admins for help. Thank you.
Why are the fonts and images so big?
You may have set low resolution. To ensure high quality, it is recommended that you use 1280x1024. To set your resolution, please check your graphic card's manual.
I can't view window media content on my MAC!
